Here's what I'm looking at right now. I want to get this car as nice as possible. Limitations I have are no air compressor and I only have a 90amp fluxcore mig welder. So manual hand work and hand power tools can be used. This is my garage at an apartment complex.
What shall I do for this?
I'm thinking sand to get as much surface rust off and scuff up the paint. Clean and then rattle can prime? Anything else?
I'm a newb when it comes to body work.
