Fender well cais not good?

Been readingon a lot of other sites that a fender well CAI is not good at all. Something with the bend right before the mad. Do you guys have any input on this ?

If so, I'm looking at going with a C&L CAI that has a 80mm mad housing. Says its already tuned for 19lb injectors as well. It does not come with a sensor though, do I just take the sensor off my bbk one ?

Also ordering steeds udps an a accufab 75mm tb & plenum. Retune everything then save up for a 100 wet shot system.

The as always for the 4.6 info gentlemen You guys have been money so far

No need for aftermarket intake or maf for your setup. Even with nitrous, you are fine. Spend money elsewhere.

Yeah, unless your engine is requiring more air, then a MAF and TB upgrade is not really worth the money. Just get the 100-shot and get a tune for the N2O and one for regular driving.

I have a JLT CAI. They have you re-locate the MAF. The only problem I had was when I guess I didn't put it back on tight enough and I gave myself a vacuum leak which manifested itself as a random stumble. A/F is nice and smooth. It was my first mod and I saw 25 rwhp gains on a s/c application. I do have to worry about puddles, though.
