what was this sushi stuff I had?
i went to the sushi bar today and the lady making sushi gave me a small plate of something that looked kind of like cabbage cut into thin strips, but had a texture like octopus or squid
i didnt order it, i think she just had it left over. it was in some kind of light vinegary sauce with green onion and stuff
