I tried working the night shift one time, 11 to 7am, totally screwed me up. I have a lot of trouble sleeping during the daytime. Naps are ok, but actually laying down to sleep for 8 hours....no can do.

Quickly went back to a "normal" day.

I work the night shift from 1900 to 0700, it's the going to bed with sunlight and waking up when it's already dark that throws me off. I wake up around 1700 for work, sun's already setting and everything. The best part, though, is that I get to miss all the desert heat during the day
