Spare key and remote entry question.

I need to get another key and remote entry for my 98 GT. Is there a cheaper way to go about this? Local dealer wants 140 bucks just for the key.

Thanks.

Make friends with one of the guys in the shop! ...offer him $75.00 for a key!

they will take it! and you save a few bucks getting it done

i'm a service writer at a dealer, they charge an hour of labor ($85) plus the price of a key ($33). Thats if you have one key, if you have two good keys then you can program them yourself and it takes about 20 seconds
