depends...
if the person was blind from birth dreams generally come in the form of sounds/emotions rather than actual pictures...every now and then a blind person "sees" in their dreams (according to many studies) but the visuals are most likely representations of descriptions from others on what things "look like" those blinded during life see in their dreams, however, there is a correlation between how long they've been blind and how much they see (ie the longer they've been blind the less "visual" the dreams become)
