I'm gonna kill the dog next door!

My neighbors just got a dog... Rottweiler. I'd guess it's prob about a year or so old.

They left the house at about 7 or so this morning and left their new dog outside while they are gone.

Since 6 AM (they let it out, it immediately started barking, and they didn't do JACK SHIIT to stop it, then left at about 7 leaving that fvcker outside to torment me), this thing has LITERALLY been barking NON-FVCKING-STOP! There are pauses every now and then when it gets too winded and it has to catch its breath... when it does this, you can clearly see the dog is panting EXTREMELY hard... that shows just how much and how hard/loud it's barking.

I got home and went to bed last night around 3 AM or so and, needless to say, 3 hours of drunk sleep and then being rudely woken up to an obnoxious, loud Rotty barking endlessly is NOT making my day go too good.

I tried calling my neighbors and tried knocking on the door to get it to STFU... nada; nobody's home.

These are also the same neighbors that got pissy w/ me around Thanksgiving. They had some guests over to their place and they were sitting in the backyard having a few drinks and some cigars. I didn't notice them out there, by my dogs (2 beagles and 1 mutt) did right away and immediately bolted for the fence to start howling and barking at them.

As soon as they started howling and I noticed they were all out back talking, I called them back over and brought them back inside immediately. They were making noise for literally about 3 seconds before I got them back inside. That's when my neighbor, in a VERY sarcastic, kind of demeaning, and VERY bitchy attitude yelled out "Thanks!" and then he made one of those "pfft!" noises too. But, because I live next door to him and didn't want any trouble then or in the future, I simply ignored his comment and shouted back "sorry guys."

So yeah, nice double standards dipshiit has. Granted, he's not home right now, but still... those dogs are NOT known for being very quiet so he should know better than to leave this little fvck out in the backyard all damn day where there are dogs on either side of his house (my 3 and then there's another dog on the other side of his house) to instigate barking.

At least be courteous and be like the rest of the civilized world and be respectful in the sense you do NOT let your dog out into the backyard unsupervised PRIOR to say 9 am on a Saturday. I thought that was some sort of unwritten law (and in some places where there's an association, there actually ARE written rules about this sort of thing) about how early/late you let your dogs out unsupervised in the event that they do start barking. They could've just let it roam free in the garage or some crap.

/OSP rant and bitchiness off

Mandatory OSP Cliffs:
Neighbor just got a Rottweiler (about a year old or so is my guess). They left early this morning and when they did, they let their dog out into the backyard. Since 6 AM, this dog has been barking NON-STOP and is showing zero signs of letting up anytime soon. Every now and then it stops barking for a few seconds as it tries to catch its breath and you can see it panting pretty hard from lack of oxygen. I tried calling them and knocking on their door in hopes that someone was home and was simply ignoring the barking, but no dice. I only got 3 hrs of drunk sleep thanks to that fvck of a dog, I'm hungover as hell, and my headache is only getting WORSE!
