www.pwctoday.com is a good resource.
and accurate speed ratings for a rxp is really in the 64-67 area.

thats what they listed, so I assume either thats what the speedo says or they ran w/ a boat ect...some people have used GPS I've seen smaller units run around 60 so if this hit 70, which seems more likely to me, i wouldn't be surprised. 70MPH+ on a boat is kinda nuts muchless a jet ski

it will do atleast 64, with 67-68 being the max. definately not a 70mph boat. there are not any stock 70mph boats. top stock boats are things like the RXT, RXP, gp1300r, ultra 150di, etc. i have a 03gtx sc (185hp 3 seat version), which'll do 60-62. what are you using it for? ocean? lake? river? towing? jumping waves? want to throw it around, agility? seadoo 4 strokes are heavy as sh1t and really not nimble boats. great touring rough water boats though.

seems most people report 67-70 as top end. I doubt it would take too much to push it over 70 other than a couple hundred.

there gonna be a lot of debris and sh1t there? any ski not normally aspirated will have a very very strong pump. mine sucked up a damn rock in 3 feet of water once at a boat ramp but its a great ski for cruising. not a ski i would get if i really wanted somethin agile or for wavejumping.

i hope by boat you mean jet ski, otherwise and i could see it doing 70 on a good day. I've done 55 on a three seater seadoo with ~120hp on glass like water. 100 more should account for 15mph ![]()
