Are these HIGH-FLOW cats legal?

I think they are legal, but I really want to make sure before buying them. Do you guys know if they are legal in the 48 continental states? By legal, I mean if they are good enough to pass emmission test.

I found them on eBay, here's the link---> http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2-5-...1QQcmdZViewItem

Thanks dude for your comment. Anyone else knows? These would go on my heavy modded GT, which I have in Arizona.

Edit: BTW, I asked the seller and he/she says that they are OBDII COMPLIANT. But, I would like to know MW's opinion.

I believe what he is trying to say is that, without knowing the manufacturer, you are not going to be able to VALIDATE the claim. It is possible to be ODB II compliant without CARB certification. This could run you into problems during inspections.

Thanks David and Dave!

I will probably go with magnaflows, I'm not in a hurry. I'm about 1,000 miles away from my car, and I will probably won't get to drive it until October. I can get a couple of magnaflows for about $50-60 more than those, and avoid any future problems.
