89th PGA Championship. Pics inside...
had some free VIP tickets given to me for the final day of the practice rounds of the PGA championship at Southern Hills CC in Tulsa. snapped a few quick photos of some big name golfers. got there after Tiger had already played through
 it was hot as crap out there also. anyways, here are some of them:Ian Poulter clowning around  Ernie Els  Jim Furyk at the 6th tee  was within 20 feet of Vijay Singh, but the crowds were too heavy around him to get a clear shot i may have to get a ticket for Sunday's championship round so i can get some pics of Tiger, but who knows

I saw Tiger in San Diego at the Mercedes tournament after he just turned pro. Even then you had to get about 5 holes ahead of him if you wanted a chance at seeing one of those supersonic tee shots.

Definitely. It's just another golf tournament until the back 9 on Sunday. I gave up on going to our local PGA Tour stop (FedEx St. Jude Classic in Memphis, now called something else I think). It's an also-ran week for the guys, with few top 10 players if any showing up. The biggest excitement this year was John Daly showing up with claw marks on his face after a little domestic squabble with his charming wife. It is to bump into the guys at restaurants and stuff when they're in town.
