Anyone ever take a Predictive Index Survey?

A place I'm interviewing at next week e-mailed me a link to take a Predictive Index Survey. Seems like some sort of psych exam. Wounder if I could answer it weird enough to make them afraid of me when I showed up? haha

Already took at job at another place (same business park at my previous 2 jobs), but don't start for another few weeks. So, I'm still looking around to see what else is out there.

In my case I've just been through it as you pointed out so many times at Boeing. Because we've been through these geopolitical economic cycles and I saw it slowing down in the United States

You have to be a moron to think they didn't see the recession coming.

Took it, no big deal. According to the results, I should be the CEO of our company. My boss didn't like that.

I'm amazed that I still get multiple job offers with how honest I am during the interviews. At the place that offered me a job last week, one of the managers asked me what my long term career goals were and I asked if they wanted the correct interview response of the truth.

Truth? Within a few years I plan to be working part time so I can spend more time with the family doing things I enjoy instead of writing code in a cube. And if I hit the lottery I'd quit tomorrow.

Funny thing is they probably didn't think I was serious. haha
