I remember when it was over $17k and people were talking about maxing out their credit cards and taking a second mortgage to load up because it was supposed to hit $100k. Wonder how that is working out for them?

BTC PRICE HISTORIC YEARLY LOWS REVEAL HOW BITCOIN ‘HODLERS’ ARE CREATED

"I’ve been saying it for years. Don’t look at ATH’s, look at yearly lows. That will tell you the growth in hodlers.
  • 2012 – $4
  • 2013 – $65
  • 2014 – $200
  • 2015 – $185
  • 2016 – $365
  • 2017 – $780
  • 2018 – $3200

That tells you the growth in the people who won’t sell at any price.

MASSIVE GAINS IN 2 YEARS OR LESS
The above shows that long-term ‘hodlers’ should historically do very well despite the relatively short-term declines in Bitcoin’s price.

Relative to today’s price, this is especially true for people who have bought in 2016 or earlier. Regardless of whether they bought at the bottom or at the yearly high, these ‘hodlers’ have still made at least 1000% returns in USD terms."

SAMSUNG GALAXY S10 BITCOIN WALLET BRINGS CRYPTOCURRENCY INTO THE MAINSTREAM

"Samsung has finally revealed more information about its heavily-rumoured bitcoin wallet, which will come with its Galaxy S10 range of phones.

Details about the cold-storage cryptocurrency purse were delivered at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona this week, with the world's most popular smartphone maker confirming that it will support bitcoin, ethereum, Cosmee and Enjin, together with a range of decentalised apps (dApps)."

IBM Vice President: Bitcoin Can Reach $1,000,000

"As the interview was winding down, the IBM vice president was asked what he thinks Bitcoin’s price will be by the end of the calendar year. His response was that he thins it will be above its current price suggesting that the initial cryptocurrency will see $5,000. Lund then continued by stating, “I see Bitcoin at a million dollars someday.”

He went on to explain why he likes that million dollar forecast. “If Bitcoin is at a million dollars,” Lund said, “then satoshi is on value parity with the U.S. penny.” According to Lund, such a value would give the Bitcoin network a liquidity value of over $20 trillion. "
