Shift knob...
I've tried factory and 2 hurst knobs... I've only got 500 miles on the car myself, but they keep getting 'loose' and have to be tightened.. Each time turns the knob further.. My latest Hurst 8 ball style is currently rotated to about the 6:00 position
I also tried a bit of a search, but haven't been able to find a shift knob secured to a certain position for the T5 - I've had steeda shifters in the past that don't rotate (set screw) on my 01 and 02 GTs and my 06 GT500 KR shifter is solid.. I can't remember what I had on my 92... Any suggestions?

Hurst knobs usually use the jam nut underneath the knob. Stock type ones just spin until it's tight...

i have the same problem with mine. so far ive just lived with it because mine is a metal ball with 1-5 carved into it. ive considered trying loctite though, but havent done it so cant tell ya if it works well. i think the blue loctite is the one that is meant to be removable but not 100% on that.
