“Even well-intentioned laws must pass constitutional muster,” appellate Judge Kenneth Lee wrote for the panel’s majority. California's ban on magazines holding more than 10 bullets “strikes at the core of the Second Amendment — the right to armed self-defense.”

He noted that California passed the law “in the wake of heart-wrenching and highly publicized mass shootings,” but said that isn't enough to justify a ban whose scope “is so sweeping that half of all magazines in America are now unlawful to own in California.”

I bought a few but everything on the sites I trust (at least for glock mags) is OOS now a few hours later. I didn't need much after last year but a few extra won't kill me.
The magazine prices now have really sky rocketed, about 1.5x what they were a year ago and climbing

I stocked up well enough during the last freedom week, so nothing urgently needed. I would like to grab a few .22LR drums since all I could find last time were 25rd stick mags.

Nearly every, single, insane, gun (or gun part) ban on the books in CA will fall. None of it passes constitutional muster, none of it currently legal.

ONE insane example: guns are also banned "by name" in this state.... that and a shiit ton of other laws going down fast.
