sprint HTC touch pro 2 any good?
my phone is pretty much unusable now so I gotta get something pretty quick, Id rather stick with sprint just for the cost of the plan but Id consider Verizon as well.

so anyone have one and does it work half way decent

Ipad + HTC Hero.....untill june/july when that HTC Evo come out

I had the touch pro and the diamond...they both gave me a hard time with freezing and lag

Almost anything is better then windows mobile. I would wait for the htc evo if possible. if not verizon has the htc incredible out this thurs

lookin again, ya its windows mobil, so I guess Ill keep looking

i keep looking at some of the verizon droid phones but doubling the price of my phone plan kinda sucks

Since you're already on Sprint, I'd just wait for the HTC Evo. Just get a cheap (maybe even free) flip phone in the meantime.

I dont have a contract and according to the 3 sprint stores Ive called the cheapest phone I can buy is over $200 without a contract...any ideas? I had been waiting for some of these new phones to hit but mine wont even make it through a phone call without rebooting itself (even plugged in)

Try ebay, craigs list, or maybe a friend's old phone? Just something that'll make calls and send text messages.

What sprint plan do you have?

I have a old sprint blackberry (8830) I'll let you use until the Evo comes out if you're interested.

My buddy here in Longwood has a Blackberry 8330 Curve for Sprint (same phone I have) that would def hold you over til the Evo comes out if you want to pick it up. Could probably get that for you for like $50

if it has the charger and all I might do that..debating between the incredible or waiting on the evo, if I wait for the evo Ill need something.
