yeah, its the 70mm, it feels great and I primed it with royal purple before I put it on, I can really get into boost, but I made 1-2 psi and it sounds pretty nice, the blow off is cool.. The tune is making the car sound like it has a miss at low rpms, but when you raise it up it smooths out.. No codes at all, with the procharger I was always throwing something... Not a big deal, I just feel that turbo's are much more reliable. Dont get me wrong, the procharger did great, but I cant wait to see what she does at around 12lbs of boost.. It diffenently sounds different, alot more quiet until you get into it... Ive got alot of pics, I will post them as soon as I get back onto photobucket..

you are going to have a lot of the radiant heat issues. only option is to use a blanket but then you are going to short live the turbo at the same time.

nice.. well when I was taking the flanges apart fixing the exhaust leaks, I didnt realize I moved it so close to the radiator fan, and today it started making a funny noise and next, the car started to get hot, so I shut it off before anything got to hot... but yeah... the fan is sh1t now... so Im going to just replace the motor on it..

if there are any wires in the nearby location you should relocate them as well. i have seen nice little fires started from turbos melting wires

Ok, I went and got a thinner radiator fan and their is alot more room, I had to make brackets but the only way I can get it to turn on is to hot wire it.. the motor on this one is a two conn. and the stang is three.. so, I will probably make a switch for it, unless someone know how to wire the 2 wires into the three wire system so the stock switch turns the fan on automatically.. I tried to jump that third wire, which I believe is the relay wire to the hot wire so when it says to get power, it will deliver it throught the hot wire.. correct..?? Maybe my relay went out with the fan.. the fan is fried, It wont turn at all...

The three pin connector has ground, high speed and low speed. The new fan is ground and high speed only.

Ok, so let me get this strait.. If I connected the hot wire to either one of the hot wires from the stock wiring system it should turn.. correct.. it will not turn on with just that connected, so it maybe the relay... I need to check for power..

So, how's the civic running now?? After the turbo install...

And how hard is it to install a turbo on a car, when there's so much space to work with under the hood...

Im still waiting for the dude to order it, ... and installing it wasnt to bad, it would be alot easier with another person helping. But when you install the new k-member, it free's up alot of space for the pipping on the stang.. It took me three days total to do the k-member, and turbo.. I do believe I spent around 2600 bucks total, it will be right at 3g's with the tune.. The bad, Ive been through two fans already, but the last one I got from a junk yard, and It messed up my wiring somewhere.. So, I made my own system with a switch and relays, .. kinda sucks, but it works until I find out the problem...

I'd like to see some pictures of you kit also or at least a Facebook link.
I had a 02 civic si that I put a greddy turbo kit on and fell in love with turbos(no $30 belts to break). I like my KB but I wish it had a BOV and external wastegate vented into the atmosphere.
