What, so nobody's fat this year?

Where is the annual New Year's resolution/weight loss thread?

Maybe the fatties new years resolution was to be honest with themselves. They finally realize they will forever be fat and lazy because they don't have the testicular fortitude to accomplish something in their life

Probably not, I know I didn't . But I also blew my knee out and haven't been able to run for months, so that's my sh1tty excuse.

I still try to eat healthy. My dinner tonight was skinless chicken breast and rice with carrots and peas in it. I don't work out enough though.

I lost 40 lbs last year. I don't think a resolution is going to help me melt off the last 10-15 lbs that I want to get rid of.

Back when I worked out at a gym, you could see the New Years crowd join up in early January with their goal of getting into shape. Week by week that crowd would thin out until warm weather hit and *poof* almost everyone was gone and it was back to just the regulars.

ate less and more healthy, and started working out a lot more. anything can be done with enough dedication and hard work. thats why it really pisses me off when i hear people bitch about their weight or say they can't do something.

Exactly - there is no secret diet that will get you there, it takes work & dedication and almost anyone can do it if they really want too. Good job on dropping the pounds.

dude..... i remember when you never worked out, hated to run even a mile, ate whatever you wanted and drank a decent amount of beer. your physique has never changed much regardless of your eating and workout habits (you bulk up a bit when you are lifting a lot). you are fortunate enough to have that body type naturally and you will never understand what its like for people that dont.

I dropped about 30lbs last year, started eating everything in sight again about August and so far the weight hasn't come back.

Maybe by next year I'll need to diet again.

Im not dieting, but I am changing my eating habits. My New Years resolution is to cut out fast food and fried food. Not that hard, and no crazy "zomg I wanna drop 30lbs this year!" I just want to stay healthy and try to live as long as possible.
