I went back up to 157 lbs after Hawaii, and maintaining that with very little effort. I'm fine with that.

196 right now. Want to be 170. (Vito thinks 180, I'm shooting high so when I miss I can feelsgoodman about being near his ideal weight )

Hoping to pull this off by 11/25. No particular reason other than 4 months to round off 26 lbs (7lbs/mo which is a bit extreme for a lifestyle change, that's more than just not drinking beer).

Haven't weighed myself in several weeks, but I've definitely shed a few pounds due to food changes. Haven't been to the gym in a month or so, though.

If I had to guess, I still have 25 pounds to go.

I'm down to about 160-161 from 187 about 9 months ago, and from 169-170 about 2 months ago. I'm shrinking so fast that pants I bought 8 weeks ago don't even fit me well anymore, and people are actually starting to say "Wow you look skinny!" instead of "Wow you lost weight!"

My goal is to get down to about 155, then attempt to put back on about 10-15lbs of muscle and maintain at 165-170.

I went on a bulk from June- july 20th (from 180 to 188lbs in ~45 days), gained a small amount of sloppy weight around the waist, but I had to bc I started fasting on July 20th (for 30 days, no eating drinking from sunrise to sunset), I'll lose that fat + some muscle. Hopefully my body will reset and I'll reach my goal of 190 by October.

When the time comes, I'm really not looking forward to switching from caloric deficit to surplus. My eating habits have changed so drastically, and I burn anywhere from 1,000-2,500cal on a bike ride. Not sure how easily I'll be able to pack on muscle mass.

I get milestones and all, but if its a lifestyle change why are you putting a date on a goal? that's a crash diet mentality. do it the right way and keep it off.
