Should I use in my 01 bullitt with 150k????

What have you been using? At 150k miles seems like its a safe bet to keep using what you're using..

I just got the car. Guy who had it said he was running royal purple. Thought about just running good ol motorcraft???

Would it be ok to go full conventional or need to atleast stick with a synthetic blend?

I'd stick with the RP.

Agreed, if that's what's been run in the car, stick with it.. Minimum 5k mile oil changes, I'd bet 7500 would be fine

I just changed mine (running RP) at 2500 mi, but its been a year.. I could prob go longer but..

been running royal purple in my car for the last 60k miles, no problems whatsoever. 110k on it now.
