Bike crash: Im alive, gsxr dead *GW*

im shaking just writing this but happy to be alive and able to....

on 3/8/12 i was in a horrific accident on my bike

went out for a ride to get some thing to eat and was blown off the road by a 45mph gust of wind and suffered TIB & FIB COMPOUND BREAKS TO BOTH LEGS, DISLOCATED LEFT ANKLE, BROKEN TALUS BONE IN LEFT ANKLE, SHATTERED RIGHT ANKLE, AND BROKEN WRIST
I'M NON WEIGHT BEARING ON THREE LIMBS FOR AT LEAST 3 MONTHS

my MW hoodie also didnt make it since they had to cut all my clothing off

also, thank god i was riding with my b/f (unfortunately he was behind and had to witness the entire thing) but he knew what to do after i finally stopping being thrown like a ragdoll and no other people were involved

the only thing i remember is being thrown from my bike and then waking up in a trauma unit in Atlantic City

i had to be medivac'd there and i dont even remember my first helicopter ride

he also told me he never saw a bike flip so many times as mine did (about 30 flips and at least 25 ft in the air)

Glad you're alive to post this.

I don't know why people continue to ride with all the crap that happens on public roads.

while you are high on drugs, post the pics of them taking your clothes off???

Seriously, MW lost a poster from a motorcycle accident this week. The signs are there for you to quit riding.

Missed3rd's accident was clearly an accident.

Stylin's crash was negligence and stupidity. Riding after drinking alcohol and trying to outrun a cop at 100+mph apparently.

Hahaa all you Guys still can crack me up
And for the ones saying find another thing to do.. Well it was a freak accident, who thinks wind is going tO cause that , hang on, actually I did think about it before I left the house but never imagined this would happen

The first few days I was here I was def saying I wouldn't ride again but fvck fear, if I feared anything I'd never do anything, I'd prob not have my pig still
But it's my hobbies, my loves and passions I can't give up on things I love in life or I wouldn't be me

Why go on in life missing out on what you love for fear of dieing? It is a waste of life and you might as well die anyways. Go out and live life to the fullest and enjoy what you are doing and be happy. That makes living worth it so much more.
