Texas peeps: am I the only one that doesn't hate Lonestar? - Mustang Forum

now when it comes to cheap beer, Lonestar is my go to. like at concerts where the options are Bud, coors, etc, my go-to is always Lonestar. or on the river or beach where you have to have cans

Lonestar is my beer of choice tubing the river. Shiner is my all time favorite but in a can its horrible!

I have never tried it, nor have I ever had alcohol, but this is MW, so experience is not needed to be an expert.

yea Fowler puts on a GREAT show!!! the best one Ive seen was at Gruene Hall. Before the show he and his band were tubing the river!!! GREAT weekend! and even though the guy comes across as a bag of douches, i still say Roger Creager puts on a good show too

Joo talking about at a bar or at the store? I can buy a 6-pack of Shiner at the store for $7-8. Now at a bar, it's usually $3+/bottle.

Shiner in the can is expensive, usually around $8 for a 6-pack. of 12oz cans

I don't like country but I was at a bar one Tuesday night in south Austin and Kevin Fowler was there just chilling. It was just 3 tables of people there. Ours, Fowlers, and one other. We ended up talking to him and his buddies for a while, then he took off in an older red F250. He must have a house in south Austin somewhere
