Because they don't have an agenda against homemade explosives wich are already totally illegal, but do have an anti gun agenda, and a vote to join the UN arms treaty next week.

He doesnt look like he is faking it in the video. There is a lot of mental health issues in my family and when in a major depressive state it is hard to keep your eyes open and you have to force them open real wide to look like you are awake and paying attention.
