Not to mention like 8 game winning/game ending drives last season.

He shouldn't be the highest paid player in history. I can't blame him for that, though.

Cleveland police say fvck you Browns.
http://deadspin.com/cleveland-police...-vi-1798748500

Quote:
The players not standing for the national anthem is offensive because of the sacrifices that people make that allows these guys to enjoy the success that they have, Loomis said. While they’re benefiting from protection of the flag they are kneeling in disrespect of it, he said.

The Browns management and ownership condoned this disrespectful activity of their employees, Loomis said.

“It’s just ignorant for someone to do that,” he said. “It just defies logic to me. The fact that management was aware of what they planned on doing, that’s as offensive as it can get.”
Loomis considers it hypocritical for the Browns to employ players who protest during the anthem in the same calendar year in which the team honors first-responders:

“When management allows you to do those things, then that’s on them,” Loomis said. “It’s hypocritical of the Browns management and ownership to want to have an armed forces first-responder day, and have us involved in it when they allow their players to take a knee during the national anthem. That’s the very representation of what we stand for. That’s why we aren’t going to.”
Police need to do this more with concerts, sporting events, etc.

I'm sure if they were kneeling to protest YOU that you'd be the first in line to help them out.

Me too, nothing gives more more pleasure than a bunch of boston goons devastated their team just lost, literally crying themselves to sleep and ruined for days after the fact.

The line is improved this year. That's why they've seen improved performances from Gurley and Goff.

I know.

Their schedule is pretty damn easy this year. Not sure how high the Bulls will go if they go undefeated.

Flowers is looking badass this year.

If only 5 or so games had the stadium clear out when they knelt or didn't come out for anthem, owners and the NFL would put the kibash on this crap wit the quickness.

Oh, and fvcking Raiders!

A62-63 of the NFL Game Operations Manual:

The National Anthem must be played prior to every NFL game, and all players must be on the sideline for the National Anthem.

During the National Anthem, players on the field and bench area should stand at attention, face the flag, hold helmets in their left hand, and refrain from talking. The home team should ensure that the American flag is in good condition. It should be pointed out to players and coaches that we continue to be judged by the public in this area of respect for the flag and our country. Failure to be on the field by the start of the National Anthem may result in discipline, such as fines, suspensions, and/or the forfeiture of draft choice(s) for violations of the above, including first offenses.

Pfffft, rules. The left don't abide by any rules. God forbid they get disciplined, the snowflakes (who probably don't even watch football) will go to NFL HQ and demand they have a job or don't get disciplined.

The NBA won't have any players sitting, contracts state they MUST stand.

Source other than Facebook?

The rule book doesn't even mention the anthem:

https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=...zzpohwWVRK09YA

That said I have seen mention of a book covering conduct as well. But cannot find the PDF of that.

Teams must be out on field 10 minutes prior to game start, is the anthem more than 10 minutes before start time?

His post claims a rule recommending they stand for the Anthem. The rule book doesn't mention the Anthem.
