Matador - Investing Guru or limpingsnail Incarnate?

So I've been pretty vocal about blasting Matador's absolutely horrible investing advice. His track record is so bad that I'd sooner throw newspapers in a room and choose the ones that Moose's pitbull shiits on.

Today, he's made a new recommendation. I've created an automated google sheet that will track the performance of his recommendations. I've taken a $10k seed fund and split it evenly across the 5 stocks he mentioned. Will be updating this thread throughout the year to see how he does.

Time to put up or shut up, my brown amigo. All cards are on the table now!

LOL, it's pretty cool. Every day it logs the stock price at close of business and updates the charts. Once a week on Friday, it will email me a PDF of that screen shot I just took.

I spent a few hours putting it together last year, and now I can create a new 'portfolio' in about 5 minutes. I've got like 4 of them now, tracking all my non-retirement investments. Friday my email box blows up like curly fries

It's becoming increasingly obvious who doesn't have investment portfolios.

I haven't been called out since the good ole days of MW in 2004-2010

Ever since beanbag said "we don't have real jobs" Ive been liberated from a life of stress. My days are numbered... Google and other A.I. will replace my l33t stock-picking-for-fees.

By the way, I didn't recommend anything. I only do that for paying customers.

No backing out now, retard. It's captured here for all posterity. Looking now, you're already down $47.

Is it going to outperform bitcoin because your portfolio is going to go crazy through the roof, or because bitcoin is going to crash and burn and yours is going to crash and burn less?

Mrs. Jones, 2008 has been rough on all of us, but look at it this way: You only lost 35% while the S&P 500 was down 39%.

So it’s just play money I guess.

A baller like you didn’t want to roll the dice on $10k?

I'd have to move money around, and I'm lazy. I'm also pretty positive that it will tank.

Face is healing nicely. Think my thumb is broken. Probably get x-rays soon if it keeps hurting this bad a few more days. I am just hoping it is just jammed super bad.

per his previous recommendations, I'd say 0% would be a 'best case' that we should hope for. So let's put the benchmark as "doing nothing", or zero.

That's not exactly fair. If the whole market tanks you want to have something for comparison.

It's very fair. He is in finance. If the shiit hits the fan, his recommendation should be to pull out.
