In another area this machine cuts raw aluminum material.

 


You can see they look like large discs after they are cut. Pulleys for example start out like this.

 


The next step is in the CNC area, raw discs are computer machined (lathe) into Pulleys for different applications, 5.0, 4.6, etc. as you can see on the rack.

 


Here are adjustable fuel pressure regulators being created.

 


All CNC parts then enter a finishing area where the part is cleaned and prepared.

 


Some parts like throttle bodies and other more complex parts enter an assembly area where things like TPS sensors, or other fittings are installed.

 


Each part is then inspected and made ready for moving into packaging.
