This was cool. A fully automated robot welder ! Similar to the ones
that build the stang on the assembly lines. Mustang control arms are
put into a moving holder for welding. Different kinds of parts can be
made with the robot.

The robot welds the parts automatically. At Mustangworld some of us
are robot arm enthusiasts (we're nerds) so this was a neat show for
us :-)

When finished, they are laid on the palette for powder coating and bushing
assembly.

This is a computerized mandrel tube bending machine. It can bend heavy
wall pipes with precision and OEM accuracy. BBK calls their headers,
h-pipe and other exhaust parts "CNC Series" to note this quality
method of creation.

The CNC bent pipes are then laid into holders like this. This one is
for an h-pipe. There are others for headers, etc.

Skilled welders then assemble the headers, h-pipes and other parts.

Each and every part is then pressure checked in a testing area to ensure
that there are no leaks. The machine above puts pressure inside the
header and an operator checks for leaks on a gauge.
