I own a 1987 LX I have transformed
into a 1990 Saleen, SC Replica. I have
added every bolt on you can think of with the addition of:
-Keith Craft Racing 306
-Ported Edelbrock heads
-Extrude Honed Saleen Intake
-Cartech single turbo w/intercooler
-Tremec 5 Speed
-Built 8.8 rearend
With this new combination I have no E.T. yet. Hope for mid to high 10's.
I have owned 11 late model Mustangs in my day and this is by far my
favorite.
The car has been featured in 4 different Mustang magazines. I purchased
the
stock LX in 1992 from the original owner and have never looked back.
Future modifications: NONE, unless something breaks!
