Francis' 93 LX
This is my 93 LX Coupe. I bought it from a police auction in May of 2001, and have spent every bit of my time and money making the car what it is now. Right after I bought the car, I took it to the strip. Bone stock, it ran 14.7s on street tires and 14.1@96mph with slicks. With the mods below, it has run a best of 12.800@106 mph, and consistent 12.8s following that run. My ultimate goal was to have a car that ran 12s and still looked stock, to keep the sleeper effect. It has no big tailpipes or flashy chrome rims. Just a nice lope from the cam and power through the roof! Currently I am rebuilding the motor to a 306 w/forged internals, reworking the heads, putting on a TFS track heat intake, and doing a full drag suspension. I am hoping for high 11s on all motor by next year! I would like

me a lot with my car. Every thing done to this car, we did on our
own, which leaves you with a great feeling after you finish the car,
and saves you a ton of cash! I am only 16, and have payed for everything
on this car by myself, so it just goes to show you what some hard
