Todd A's '99 SVT Cobra Owner Comments: I just graduated from medical school and busted my butt for some sweet rewards like this one.
I knew the Cobras were late and figured I had a few more days to spare and sell my car. I then found out from a local dealer that one had arrived.
I couldn't wait and ended up buying a car over the phone from a different dealer who had the color I wanted.
All the paperwork was done by phone and fax. Unfortunately, I was on 36 hour call at the hospital and couldn't go get it.
I ended up asking my chief resident for permission to go see it and he said yes. I went from the hospital to see it in the dealer's garage before it had been prepped and after not sleeping picked it up the next day. It was all worth it.
I have already been stopped by an LS1 Camaro owner at a gas station who wanted to check it out. MW: For getting through med school you deserve it ! A Pony car with independent rear suspension is something a Camaro owner can only dream about :-) That's a sweet ride Todd, awesome.
