Kelly Brockel's 88LX This is my 88 LX that is driven daily and raced on weekends. The mods to this car are mostly suspension and safety. The motor is a 89k original with only underdrive pullies, flex fan, MSD coil, other mods are shortie headers, off road X-pipe, 2chamber flowmasters, 70/30 struts, 50/50 shocks w/4cyl. springs, factory five lower control arms, boxed factory uppers, aluminum driveshaft, 3:73 gears ,zoom clutch, blowproof bellhousing, compucar nitrous system w/purge and heater. The car has run a best of 13.06 @ 103 on the motor and 11.76 @ 113 on a 125hp shot of nitrous.
