Select Mustangs
Bob's 95 GT Vert Here is my 95 Mustang GT. I'm just getting started, but I've got lots of ideas. I spent a year looking for a yellow GT convertible. While not rare, I really wanted the gray leather interior. Finally I found this car. I overlooked the AOD because I was tired of looking. But I sure wish I could've found a 5 speed.
My dream was a yellow 98 Cobra convertible, but I had never even seen one. I knew Apple Valley had sold one, but that was it.
My car came from Detroit with 50,000 miles. And, get this, mud and snow tires on the rear. Those didn't last long, even though they were practically new. I choose the Firestone SZ50s.
After that, I started with Mustangworld wheel inserts and bumper inserts from the Speedshop. Then I tried the yellow gauge inserts and door jamz. Then I got my K&N.
Next were the 98 Cobra wheels, a FRPP Cobra intake manifold (65mm TB on order), a new strut tower brace, Eilbach springs with Steeda caster/camber plates and offset rack bushings, and FRPP 3:73 gears. Not sure where to go next, probably to shorty headers and Flowmaster mufflers.
