Do you take credit card orders via snail mail ?
Yes, just write down your credit card information on the snail mail form. Name on card, expiration date, billing address, card number, etc.

I can't print out the order forms, can I hand write my order ?
Of course, just include all the information the order form requests so we can process your order without any delay. Please print or write neatly.

If I send in a personal check, do you guys wait for it to clear the bank before shipping my order ?
In the interest of satisfying our customers we will ship your order as soon as possible and not wait for your check to clear the bank. We trust all our readers ;-).

How do I become a Mustangworld.com club member ?
At the moment, if you do not have a club number, write "new member" where it asks for your number on the order form. For online orders mention "new member" in the COMMENTS box. If you forgot your number, leave it blank, we can still process your order no problem.

I requested to get emailed when my order shipped, I already got my order but no email notice ?
You need to ensure that your email address was printed correctly and neatly. We'll attempt up to 2 times to email a shipping notification. Sometimes email can get lost or your server (some schools, workplace, etc.) might not accept email from commercial IP's. If you never got an email notification, don't worry, your order still get's processed quickly.

Do you take money orders ?
Yes, checks or money orders. Make them out to Mustangworld.com. All prices listed are in US funds.

Can I send cash ?
Yes, but you do so at your own risk. For small orders it's ok. For larger orders, best to use a check or money order.

Can I order online with a credit card ?
Yes, you can order on our online order area link on the main page and order via secure server. We do all our own credit card transactions with the bank. No third party verification services, etc.

I live in Canada, do I need to include extra shipping with my order ?
Items that mention "shipping included" on their order forms include shipping anywhere in the continental US or Canada. Other countries should include an extra $1 to cover shipping costs for sticker items. For foreign T-shirt orders please email us for postal rates before ordering.

How long will it take to get my order ?
Items that mention "In stock" next to them are available for shipping immediately. This means once we get your order, it will be shipped within 24 hours from Mustangworld.com. You are only waiting for shipping time.

Where is Mustangworld.com located ?
We are located at 2134 Newport Blvd. Costa Mesa, CA 92627. You can see more info about our offices here.

I live close to the Mustangworld.com office, can I drop by the building and pick up my order in person ?
At this time we do not have any employees staffed at the Mustangworld.com offices to deal with the general public for retail sales. Maybe in the near future ;-)
